Mrs. H is retiring at the end of this school year after 20 years cooking for the students at St. Mary School. We would like to make her a Memory Book of favorite moments, or notes from present and past students. Please submit your “Special Remembrances” to the school office, church office, or you can drop it in the collection basket at Mass. You can also send it via email to Laura Marvin at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would like your special memories no later than Sunday, May 20. Thank you for your help with this very special project.
Never too late to sign up to use Scrip! The deadline to get physical cards this month is Monday May 14th, with cards in your hand by May 18th. Those that spend at least $400 will earn a dress down day pass for their child/children. Questions contact Sandy at 330-620-6290 or email@example.com.

The final tuition payment is due May 15. The school office will close June 5. We would appreciate your help in “closing” all tuition accounts by that date.
ALL library books must be returned by Wednesday, May 16. Notices regarding cost of books not returned will be sent home Thursday, May 17.
The school dance will be held Thursday, May 17, 2-3:00 p.m. Students may wear their spirit wear shirts that day with uniform bottoms.
The students are no longer permitted to carry a negative balance in the cafeteria. Please be sure there are adequate funds available on your student’s lunch account to cover the cost of lunch and any extras for the entire month of May. Any funds remaining on your student’s account at the end of the year will be available next year.
We have St. Mary Spirit Yard Signs available for all families. If you have not already done so, please stop in the office and pick up your sign.
At the SSO meeting this week, parents were in support of St. Mary School contracting with FACTS for tuition management. In using this program families will set up an account for paying their tuition and student fees. This will enable families to pay using a credit card, direct withdrawal, etc. More information will be sent home soon. Accounts will need to be established in time to make the first tuition payment, July 15.
The window to apply for tuition assistance through the Diocese FACTS program/Guardian Angel will be closing June 1. In order to be considered for tuition assistance for the 2018/19 school year, you must complete this process. Information on how to apply and the FACTS link can be found on our school website: (www.stmary-wooster.cld.pvt.K12.oh.us) in the dropdown menu under “ABOUT”. Once you have submitted your FACTS application you will need to print a copy of your application and submit it and all required documentation to the school for consideration within the St. Mary Guardian Angel Fund.
