Earlier in the week all families received an email regarding the survey that will help us, together with the Diocese, plan for the future of Catholic School education.  Please take a few moments to complete this survey.  The instructions are attached.

Beginning next Friday, April 27, and for the following two Fridays, the fourth and fifth grade students will be attending sessions in Conflict Resolution presented by PSI.  Parents are welcome to attend.

Deacon Marty Dober (he had served at St. Mary Parish while a seminarian) will be celebrating Mass here at St. Mary Church at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 29.  All are welcome to attend; coffee and sweets will be served following Mass.

Wednesday, May 1, St. Mary School will be hosting the brunch that follows morning Mass in the school’s Activity Center.

Friday, May 4, will be the last day for students to carry a negative balance in the cafeteria.  Please be sure there are adequate funds available on your student’s lunch account to cover the cost of lunch and any extras for the entire month of May.

The school’s Spring Music Program will be Thursday, May 10, at 2:00 p.m.  Please note the change of time.  Mrs. Selvaggio will be providing more details.

The window to apply for tuition assistance through the Diocese FACTS program/Guardian Angel is open.  In order to be considered for tuition assistance for the 2018/19 school year, you must complete this process.   Information on how to apply and the FACTS link can be found on our school website:   (www.stmary-wooster.cld.pvt.K12.oh.us) in the dropdown menu under “ABOUT”.  Once you have submitted your FACTS application you will need to print a copy of your application and submit it and all required documentation to the school for consideration within the St. Mary Guardian Angel Fund.  Again, if you have any questions please call the school office (330-262-8671).

Mark the following change on your calendar:  8th Grade Graduation will be held Wednesday, May 23, during the 9:30 a.m. Mass.
