Congratulations go out to Brooke, the Second Grade Student of the Week! Definitely the pride of Mrs. Westover's classroom, no doubt! Fantastic performance! Way to go! As 8th grader Nathaniel Lewis would say, bruh! (which in his nomeclature means, "cool").
Mrs. Westover's Second Grade class performed their annual Thanksgiving Reader's Theater for their families. The children and their families enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast together before the performance. "Twas the Night before Thanksgiving", by Dave Pilkey, was acted out by the children who were dressed as farmers, turkeys, and school children. The children enjoyed performing and the fellowship among the families of the class reminds us all that we have so much to be thankful in our lives.
